• solicitous of gifting, sweepstakes, philanthropic funds, or any other transaction involving transfer of funds
• defamatory remarks
• in violation of any state or federal laws

  Regardless of any other provision, CoAbode reserves the right to terminate any account for any reason with or without notice.

I promise that I: (i) am a single mother; (ii) have or will supply to CoAbode information that is true and correct; (iii) understand and acknowledge that CoAbode does not independently investigate or verify the information supplied by or relating to any member; (iv) will not hold CoAbode responsible or liable for the accuracy or truthfulness of the information supplied to it and contained in the website at CoAbode.com and (v) have not been convicted of a crime.

I understand that CoAbode may modify or terminate its services from time to time for any reason, with or without notice without liability to me or any other user or third party.
